Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of blossypaws.com and any purchase made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Custom artwork
Every portrait is created specifically from the photo you provide. By submitting a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant Blossy Paws the right to create artwork from it for the purpose of producing your order.

3. Orders and payment
Prices are listed in AUD. We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at checkout; your order enters production once payment is confirmed.

4. Production and shipping
Each item is made to order once your artwork is complete. Production and shipping timeframes will be shown at checkout.

5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your original pet photo. Blossy Paws retains ownership of the illustrated artwork style and may use finished portraits (with identifying details removed on request) for marketing purposes unless you tell us otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability
Blossy Paws is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products, to the extent permitted by Australian law.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect once posted on this page.
